Divine Spine is the best BEST P/T for any of your health needs. I have chronic pain from end stage osteoarthritis. Dr. Mitch and Dr. Rutvi are experienced and hands-on. I started with Dr. Mitch with my cervical spine (neck). He identified the areas needing strengthening and massage immediately. In the past, I had a few P/Ts who hurt me and made me reluctant to return to therapy. Dr. Mitch 's approach in making me comfortable with description beforehand of what would transpire made me very comfortable and trusting. He is a wonderful doctor of physical therapisy! I will be returning for therapy on my hip and knees. I can't wait for the relief! I highly recommend Divine Spine. Sonia, at the front desk, is extremely,friendly, professional and accommodating. I have been working with Vurti at Devine Spine, in Monroe, for eight weeks. Within that period the pain, in my hip and knee, has be eliminated. I am back to feeling as I should and returned to my activities. Vurti discussed the technique of Dry Needling on the points of pain. I was considering Acupuncture so; I gave an immediate, YES. The first Needling session was 15 minutes and the pain was relieved, session times were never more then 30 minutes. I am finished PT after a few more treatments along with exercise. I highly recommend Dry Needling, to all my family and friends. I have done PT at another location, in Monroe, but Divine Spine and their staff has exceptional knowledge and personality from the front desk and their therapists. ~ Louise P

My name is Rita Pascale and I have an acute sciatic nerve problem in my leg, along with a torn muscle in the same leg. I have been going to Devine Spine for only a few weeks now and in only 4 visits, my pain and discomfort are markedly better and I have been without great pain since. My therapist is Rutvi and not only has she been a thoroughly professional therapist, but she has been compassionate and caring of my discomfort. She always seems to know right where my pain is, and I have told her she has "hands of gold"! Devine Spine came highly recommended by friends, and I am so glad I came here and had Rutvi as my therapist. The office is run efficiently and the receptionists are competent and friendly. Divine Spine is the GO TO place if you are in prolonged pain. Rutvi is so good in understanding your issue and giving you the exact treatment for it. I went with a disc inflammation that I had for about 2 months and when it really bothered me with my daily activities, I went to Rutvi and in about 12 visits she completely healed me. I am so glad that I went to Divine Spine. She is one person who works with the mindset of healing her clients and it is clearly seen when she spends one on one time with every client. When your therapist spends the entire one hour helping you do the exercises the right way and massages the affected area effectively, then you automatically heal. Wow, I have to say that Rutvi Patel is an amazing physical therapist who owns and is the driving force at Divine Spine in Monroe, NJ. Rutvi’s vision is unique in that her patients get one-on-one attention for 45 minutes. Rutvi has been spot on with her treatments for me, explaining her techniques and truly listens and cares about my recovery. She treated my sprained wrist and I’m thrilled to say she restored my mobility and made my pains disappear. I’m happy that I’ll be returning to Pickleball stronger and aware of exercises I need to continue to stay that way. Rutvi Patel was my PT a few years ago. She helped me to decrease my pain through massage and stretching . I also learned techniques for light weight support on my knees that I continued to do on my own. While I was searching for a Physical Therapist around Monroe area, found this one which is like 5-10 mins from my place. This place is owned by Ritvi & she along with her colleagues, form a formidable team who help incoming patients with any Physical Therapy needs. I have seen the center full all the time with them hardly getting any snack/lunch breaks. That's how busy they are on day to day basis. Both Amanda/Ritvi have worked on my Ankle Sprain, with former being great/gentle with me & Ritvi using all the tools to test my Ankle/leg strength. I also came to know that they are moving to new center which will provide Physical Therapy sessions along with Yoga classes. Can't wait for it to open in Oct-Nov this year on Applegarth Rd. ~ Preeti T

I found this place for my elderly parents. I work in the city, lead a busy city life and I care for all medical appointments for my parents. I loved the reviews and I scheduled an appointment for them. My mom and dad, just rave about Mona, Dee, Rhuti (sorry if I misspelled your name), all of them are wonderful. I have gone there a few times myself and Dee (front desk) is GREAT! They have put my parents back to great mobility and they listen to them, not just do the same routine. If something hurts them or they are unable to do a certain exercise, they actually care. My mom tells me everything. They are wonderful! It also makes me feel great I can trust them and feel at ease they are in great hands! ~ Kathy B

My care at Divine Spine Physical Therapy and Yoga has been very pleasant. I felt comfortable with the PT I received and whenever I have a question the staff eagerly answers my questions. I would highly recommend them. You are reminded of your appointments via text before your appointment and you can request a printout. Since I value their time by arriving on time, it’s nice to know they value and respect my time because you are not sitting in the waiting area. They clearly work with you to make sure you are comfortable, remind you to do your exercises, ask you how you feel and if you have any issues or concerns. Rutvi Patel has an excellent group of physical therapists and her receptionist staff is friendly, attentive and keeps things running smoothly for her and her therapists. I highly recommend Rutvi Patel/Divine Spine for physical therapy. It’s rare in today’s health care environment to find a physical therapist who will spend the entire hour (plus) with you. Usually you are pawned off to a PT assistant. Not at Divine Spine. I got 1:1 attention by a very qualified physical therapist for an hour+ at each visit. Rutvi is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. I went to see her for chronic knee pain with limited mobility that I’ve had for over 7 years. After only a few sessions, I saw dramatic improvement in my mobility and reduced pain. I particularly like that Rutvi combines her expertise of PT and yoga. She gives you homework exercises that you can do at home that work. She is very holistic and her care may help prevent more invasive treatments. Thank you Rutvi! ~ Betty V

Highly recommend Devine Spine Physical Therapy. I have chronic and recurrent hip and buttocks pain despite multiple therapy sessions with different therapist over last 4 years. Im in constant state of pain as my body was/is reacting to statin. There is a limitation on what anyone can do with my reoccurring pain. But I benefitted a lot from coming here for PT with Rithvi. Soon started seeing the effect of the manual massages and exercises. Working with Rithvi Patel has been absolutely amazing to say the least. Ritvi is not only knowledgeable but compassionate. I love her technique of targeted streches and hands on deep tissue massage. It is really divine! I was lucky to meet Dr Rutvi at a seminar in my community. I was in a lot of back pain and couldn’t walk/sit without pain getting worse. My doctor had recommended shots. But after hearing how they do it at Divine Spine, I wanted to try PT first. I saw Dr Mitch. After doing a complete assessment, he was able to pinpoint exactly what was giving me pain. And knew how to fix it. And I am happy to say that after each session it got better. And is now gone. I don’t need the shots. I have been to PT before without great results. The name Divine Spine ~ State the Experience that will be experience!!!..Since my Car accident Nov 20, 2016 my right shoulder has not been functional, sever pain, lack of mobility. I begin seeking treatment at a highly recommended Physical therapy where I began to play musical chairs with their High Tech equipments and no true results.. I became frustrated and hopeless, and decided to look for another Therapy..I went on the reviews where Divine Spine received 5 STARS!!! So I decided to make an appointment and was truly lost for words by Dr Rutvi Knowledge and manual manipulation of her Divine hands. Within 2 weeks my shoulder had greatly improved. If you are looking for a place for your Physical Therapy Need, Divine Spine Physical Therapy is the place you want to go. I have been to other Physical Therapy places where their goal is more to make money than paying personal attention. This place is run by the owner. If you are looking for personal caring attention, someone who really wanted to see you recover quickly, no better place to go but here. Rutvi (the owner)s very knowledgeable and cares for what she does. I strongly recommend this to one who are looking for genuine treatment. She spends Hour plus with you to make sure you are not slacking. I have had so far 5 sessions and I see the improvement in my feet. ~ Sunil

I have lower back pain and neck pain my dr advise me for Therapy. I went two sessions for Therapy in different facility but i didn't feel any difference for my pain. My pain always there but this time i went divine spine Therapy with Dr Rutvi Patel i got her contact from flyer.when i go there for therapy on first day she welcome me very pleasant way after she gave me massage on my back and neck. it was little painful on first day but after every visit i feel like i was in SPA it feel so relaxed. Dr Rutvi have so much knowledge she take of me like her own family member she gave me massage almost half hour and some exercise but her hand was like magic my neck pain is totally gone now no more pain and she still working on my lower back i feel much better with my pain Thank you very much Dr Rutvi make me feel comfortable and better i definitely recommend her to my friend and family ~ Minaxi P

Divine Spine provided me with the most positive and healing experience I have ever had in physical therapy. When I was experiencing severe back pain, Rutvi Patel's amazing massage and physical therapy ministrations and attentive, professional care returned me to a functioning and pretty much painfree condition. I have gone to other physical therapists. One was quite helpful and another much less so, but I am of the opinion that Rutvi is the best. She works very hard and smartly and is intuitive and attentive as she relates to you. She checks to see how you are doing as she works with you. Rutvi Patel is the best physical therapist! She takes her time to listen to you and tailor her treatments to how you are feeling during each session. She has a wonderful demeanor and takes her time and really cares about her patients’ well-being. Her manual therapy is second to none! She has what my orthopedic doctor would call “the magic touch”. I have had many issues requiring physical therapy over the last few years and saw many physical therapists. Some physical therapists had a light touch (not effective at all) and some a very hard (painful) touch, but Rutvi’s touch is just “perfect” to me and most effective to alleviate my pain. Whenever I am in pain, I always leave her treatments feeling a lot less pain than before. She also provided me with a very effective home exercise program. If you require physical therapy, please see Rutvi Patel and you will understand why I recommend her so highly. ~ Yuen C

I have always dreaded going to physical therapy...a large shared room, sharing a therapist, minimal manual therapy (used stim machine), sharing equipment, given the same exercises no matter what the injury. Well, this does not happen at Divine Spine.Divine Spine has been a totally different experience. I actually look forward to my appointments. All the therapists at Divine Spine provide individualized hands on manual therapy in private rooms that are disinfected after each use. Rutvi, my therapist, is AMAZING! Rutvi Patel is an extremely dedicated and hardworking physical therapist. I have been her patient for the last two years and I found her to be very caring and she takes her profession very seriously and goes out of her way to take care of her patients. She genuinely cares about her patients well being. After moving to Monroe I suffered from herniated disc in my lower back. I was in terrible pain and was unable to move. My husband was looking for a good physical therapy center and after calling several centers he found Divine Spine. The physical therapist there was nice enough to give us a quick appointment which no other center did. This center unlike any other center focuses on one patient at a time . So you get one hour of complete attention . Rutvi the physical therapist is an experienced therapist and is also a yoga specialist. I could feel the difference in just two sessions. I have had several recent surgeries that required physical therapy afterwards. When I was. When I was experiencing hip and back pain recently,It was suggested I go to PT again. I asked the doctor if he could a recommend different place to go. He suggested Devine Spine. I was so very glad he did. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The one on one therapy was wonderful. My therapist, Chandra was terrific. She made you feel she really cared about your progress,and I never minded going to PT. Rutvi and her team are wonderful!! I've had consistent, multi-factorial headaches for many months, with different treatments. When my neurologist suggested physical therapy, I happened to come across this manual therapy. So I did my research and decided to try out Divine Physical therapy (also based on others reviews). Honestly, so glad that I did as this additional 'treatment' of one-on-one therapy has greatly eased my headaches! Rutvi has done her magic :) and I can happily say I've had 'headache-free' days!! Thank you Rutvi for your treatment methods, your care, compassion, and knowledge! I should add that everyone here is friendly, professional, and their teamwork is exceptional.
